If you have a passion for technology, detailed oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment, you may have what it takes.
As a product support analyst intern you will become an expert on our job management software, HeavyJob.
You will be presented with opportunities to participate in special projects ensuring requirements are defined and met.
What will you do?
- Assist with suggestion management for our software
- Be involved with customer research
- Conduct customer follow-up calls
- Create feature prototypes
- Implement an approval process for completed prototypes
- Assist with creating software feature videos for internal and external trainings
- Maintain the external design site used to demo customer prototypes
- Assist in creating processes for competitive analysis

What we need:
- Availability ito work at least 15 hours a week
- Current college student
- Ability to learn a large software product
- Actively looks for ways to exceed customer’s expectations
- Keen attention to detail, excellent grammar and spelling
- Ability to offer fresh ideas
- Passion for technology
- Ability to organize and multi-task independently
How to Apply
To ensure you have the logic skills for problem solving, we give all applicants a short reasoning test as well as some simple grammar/vocabulary questions.
