In this role, you will increase and enhance our social media presence for our business and recruitment brand. You will work across the organization, recruiting and coordinating volunteers to produce an ongoing stream of content for our social media initiatives. Use your skills with blogging platforms, Facebook pages, Twitter feeds, and YouTube channels. Your key focus: Build up interest in and promote HCSS to the world!
What will you do?
- Responsible for social media execution - daily messaging on Twitter, Facebook, etc. for several accounts and blogging about our products.
- Ability to identify industry-related influencers and super-fans and continuously reach out to build relationships.
- Monitors new trends in the social media space an brings new ideas.
- Proof reading, attending and documenting company events in order to produce social media content. You will also help plan events as needed.
- Aids in advertising campaign execution (Facebook, AdWords, YouTube).

- Applicants must have experience with Web 2.0, writing, and social media tools and platforms
- Collaboration Skills - ability to interface productively with other departments
- Results Orientation - bias for action and drive for completion
- Passion for social media, innovation, and problem-solving
- Social media expertise - subject matter expert for FBML, CSS, HTML, Facebook advertising platform, API's, and web design encouraged but not required
