Employee Ownership
All of our employees are also owners of the company. Each year, through a portion
of the profit-sharing, employees are awarded additional shares in the company's ESOP,
giving employees a stake in the company. But don’t take our word for it though...

Cash Profit-Sharing
Employees are the ones who do the work that makes the whole company succeed. Why
shouldn't they also benefit when the company makes a profit? At HCSS, employees
partake in the annual profit sharing of the company through cash bonuses. The executives
of the company get an equal percentage of profit sharing as all other employees.
At HCSS, we believe the success of the company is attributable not just to the people
at the top, but by everyone's contribution to the company.
