Applying for Employment at HCSS
Our recruitment process is designed to give us the largest opportunity to work with the best employees for our company's needs. Every applicant must follow a series of steps before they can be hired. Below is an outline of these steps that you can take to achieve your dream job.

Register with this website, HCSSDreamJobs.
This involves giving us your name and contact information. When you have completed this step, a message will be sent to the e-mail address that you provide containing your login information and a link to continue your application.

Sign up for a test and choose a job.
After logging in, you will be given an opportunity to register a time to take our test. The test is administered at our office in Sugar Land, Texas. Please note that this is considered an appointment just as if you are coming for an interview. If you cannot make the appointment please reschedule online or call us at 713-270-4000 to cancel. You will need to know which job position you would like to fill and what time you would like to take the test. At this time, we recommend that you upload an electronic copy of your resume. If you elect to bring a printed copy of your resume, be aware that your application process will be lengthened.

Complete the test and achieve the target score for your job.
Each job requires a certain score on the test. You will have 45 minutes to achieve that score. If you succeed, then we will review your resume.

Impress us with your resume.
Each resume from an applicant who passes the test is reviewed by our recruiting department, who will decide whether or not you as an applicant might be the future employee we are searching for. If you are selected, we will call the number(s) you provide.

Participate in a phone interview with our recruiting professionals.
We are looking for motivated individuals to not only fulfill job duties but also become a part of our company culture. If your phone interview goes well, you will be invited to our headquarters.

Visit HCSS for a series of interviews.
We believe that the decision to hire should involve more than a single person's viewpoint. Therefore, you will give several interviews to various levels of management or possibly your future peers. Their collective impression will decide how your application proceeds.
